摘要
牦牛绒具有优良的物理机械性能,但是纤维长度离散度较大,因此,开发优质细特纱线难度较大。对牦牛绒纺纱技术进行研究,以经过高效分梳工艺所得到的纯精梳毛条加工得到的粗纱为原料,在加装全聚纺装置的DTM129型细纱机上,分别纺制20.83 tex和16.67 tex的牦牛绒赛络纯纺纱,给出优化的纺纱工艺设计方案,并对所纺制纱线的毛羽、强力、条干进行测试,指出所给优化纺纱工艺的有效性。
Yakwool is of many good physical and mechanical properties. However, the spinning of Yakwool yarn is very hard since the dispersion of Yakwool length is large. It means that the development of high-count Yakwool yarn of high quality is difficult in the practice. In this paper, research on Yakwool yarn spinning has been presented. Taking the roving yarn produced by high efficient carding of worsted tops as the raw material, two kinds of 20.8tex and 16.67tex Yakwool Sirospun yarns were spun on DTM129 spinning frame equipped with complete condensing system. The optimized spinning processes are given with yarn qualities of hairiness, strength and evenness are tested, and the effectiveness of the spinning process pointed out in this paper.
