摘要
研究了BTCA防皱整理工艺对真丝电力纺数码印花的影响，分析了前处理浆料中玉米淀粉用量对手感的影响。BTCA整理剂在120g／L下整理真丝电力纺后，真丝织物再上浆。浆料中玉米淀粉用量为2％～4％，尿素用量5％，硫酸铵用量3％，硫酸钠用量2％。BTCA应用后可得到良好的数码印花效果，染料渗化率低，色牢度好，且对织物的手感影响较小。
The effect of BTCA anti crease finishing process on silk habotai digital printing is studied and effect of corn starch dosage on the handle in the size pretreatment is analyzed. The silk fabric is to be sized after BTCA finished with 120g/L of BTCA. In the size, corn starch can be 2% -4% with urea 5% , ammonium sulfate 3%, sodium sulfate dosage 2%. The application of BTCA can gain better digital printing with low penetration rate and good color fastness, and less influence on fabric handle.
