摘要 以甲醇为萃取剂,微波辅助萃取,建立了气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法快速测定纸制食品接触材料中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)含量的分析方法。考察6种不同萃取剂萃取效果,选择甲醇为最佳萃取剂,并对超声萃取的温度和时间进行试验,选择最佳试验条件。DEHP的质量浓度在0.1~20mg/l范围内与峰面积响应值具有良好线性关系,方法定量检出限为0.05mg/kg。样品加标回收率为90.2%~103.6%,相对标准偏差小于6.73%。该方法具有快速、准确度高、干扰少等优点。 Microwave assisted extraction was applied during the extraction process by methanol as extraction, the method for the determination of di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate in the paper food contact materials was developed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. By investigating the extraction efficiency of six different extraction solvents for the DEHP analytes, and selecting methanol as extraction solvent, the condition of microwave assisted extraction temperature and time were optimized. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of DEHP was kept in the range of 0.1-20 mg/l, with lower determination of limits of 0.05mg/kg. The recoveries are in the range of 90.2%-103.6%, with relative standard deviation(RSD) below 6.73%. The method is rapid, simple, and accurate.
