铜乙二胺溶液配制方法的改进

Simplification of preparation of copper ethylenediamine solution

针对GB/T1548-1989中配制铜乙二胺溶液方法存在的操作复杂、乙二胺与铜的浓度比例以及铜的浓度难以达到规定范围等问题,对铜乙二胺溶液的配制方法进行了改进。从原料试剂的选用、制备方法优化调整等方面对GB/T1548-1989所述的配制方法进行了简化。验证结果表明,采用改进方法配制铜乙二胺溶液,操作简单且准确度高。

Aiming at the complexity to prepare the copper ethy- lenediamine solution in accordance with GB/T1548-1989, the problems of concentration ratio of copper and ethylenediamine, and the concentration of copper difficult to reach a predetermined range, the operation method was simplified. The preparation method specified in GB/T1548-1989 was improved from choice of raw materials, reagents and the preparation methods optimization. The validation results showed that the improved method for the preparation of copper ethylenediamine solution is simple and accurate.
