在含有高得率浆(HY P)的造纸生产过程中,瑞典中部大学(Mid Sweden University)已经研究出了一系列关于在用高得率浆抄纸的压榨和干燥中改变目前标准条件(即温度和水分含量)而得到的积极影响。目前,用淀粉/羧甲基纤维素(CMC)进行纤维表面改性已经研究成功,结果显示,采用低电耗(大约600k W·h/t)生产的HTCTMP在最佳抄造条件下用来抄纸,成纸的强度指标能够提高数个百分点。
Many studies of the positive effects of changing the present standard conditions of temperature and moisture content during pressing and drying in papermaking of high yield pulp furnishes has previously been reported at Mid Sweden University. In the current study, the effects of fibre surface modification by starch/CMC have been investigated. It is shown how the strength properties of sheets from HTCTMP, manufactured at very low electric energy consumption (approximately 600 kW.h/ton), can be radically improved by several hundred percent at optimum papermaking conditions.
