摘要
提出了一种新的自动更换工业缝纫机底线的工艺方法,设计出了相应的自动更换底线装置;对装置中的关键部件抓取机械手的结构进行了分析;通过仿真分析确定了机械手气缸输入压力的合理范围;最后加工出机械手样机,并进行梭芯套抓取试验。试验结果表明:抓取机械手的原理正确,结构合理,但需要对机械手与梭芯套的接触面进行一定的处理,以提高抓取和定位的可靠性。
A technics method of automatically changing bottom bobbin case of industrial sewing machine was proposed,along with the design of corresponding changer that realized the method. The structure of the chuck device was analyzed,which was a major com-ponent of the grasping changer. Through simulation analysis,the appropriate input pressure range of the chuck device cylinder was de-termined. Finally,a sample of the chuck device was made,and an experiment relating to the chuck device grasping the bobbin case was implemented. The experimental result shows that the principle of the grasping chuck device is correct and the structure is reasona-ble. But a few improvements must be made to the contacting faces between the chuck device and the bobbin case,so as to increase the reliability of grasping and positioning.
