摘要
基于压力-旋流雾化喷嘴模型,采用Fluent和Gambit软件对气旋型喷雾干燥过程进行了数值模拟,得到了干燥过程中干燥塔内颗粒运动质量与停留时间的变化规律。分析了进风温度、风速、料液温度及重力等因素对蒸发干燥效率的影响。分析结果为气旋型喷雾干燥塔的优化设计和干燥效率的提高提供了参考。
Spray drying process of cyclone spray drying tower was simulated numerically with software packages Fluent and Gam-bit,based on the pressure-swirl atomizer model. Rules of quality changes and residence time of particles in the drying tower were pres-ented during drying process. The inlet air temperature,wind speed,material feed temperature and gravity,and other factors on evapo-ration efficiency were analyzed. The analysis result provides a reference for improving of optimal design and evaporative efficiency of cy-clone spray drying tower.
