摘要 针对中高压系统中,滑阀阀芯、阀套(或阀体)间配合间隙较小,且在使用过程中常出现卡紧现象,建立了液压滑阀的计算流体力学(Computational fluid dynamics,CFD)三维模型和稳态传热模型(FEA)。利用流固热耦合方法,分析黏性加热效应使油液温度升高导致阀芯变形的现象,得出阀芯在不同开口度和不同阀芯材料下的阀芯温度场分布与变形情况,为液压滑阀的设计计算提供了参考。 Aimed at the middle and high pressure system,because spool valve body and valve cover with smaller matching gap, and got stuck during application,the three-dimensional (3-D)Computational fluid dynamics (CFD)models and steady-state FEA thermal models were established separately. By using Thermal solid-fluid coupling methods,the phenomenon of viscous heating effect caused the fluid temperature increasing and the spool deformation were analyzed,and the temperature and distortion of the spool valve in the different opening and different spool materials were obtained. The results provide reference for calculation and design of the hy-draulic spool valve.
