摘要
在介绍Cocona 火山灰纤维破囊前后横、纵向形态特征的基础上,将火山灰纤维与棉、莫代尔以不同比例混纺,设计出9种火山灰混纺纱线,并进行大量基础面料试织,包括罗纹、普通汗布、弹力汗布,以及网眼和双面棉毛等,通过性能测试与对比,优选适合针织内衣面料的混纺纱线品种。研究面料吸水速干、防紫外线、抗菌等功能,以及吸附防异味这一延伸功能。结果表明:所开发Cocona火山灰面料,吸水速干性能优异,具有持久的抗菌性能,有一定吸附防异味功能,是开发针织户外运动内衣的理想面料。
Based on the characteristics of the cross sectional and longitudinal configuration of cocona R pozzolan-ic fiber before and after their micro-capsule breaking up, the paper develops 9 kinds of pozzolanic blended yarns by using pozzolanic fiber, cotton and modal with different blended ratios. After knitting a large number of sample fabrics, such as ribs, single jersey, spandex jersey, mesh and double interlock fabric and so on, some new kinds of knitted fabrics are designed, and the moisture absorption and fast-drying properties, anti-UV function, anti-bac-teria and other permanent functionalities, as well as the odor adsorption properties of these fabrics are tested and compared. The results show that the cocona R pozzolanic fabrics developed in this paper possess good moisture ab-sorption and fast-drying properties and lasting antibacterial properties, and the odor adsorption properties have sig-nificant advantages, which are the ideal materials for making outdoor sports underwear.
