阿托伐他汀对高血压患者血管内皮功能和TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP的影响

Effect of atorvastatin on TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP and endothelial function in patients with hypertension

目的探讨阿托伐他汀对原发性高血压患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血管内皮舒张功能的影响。方法选取原发性高血压患者50例,随机分为2组,常规组25例予常规降压药物治疗,实验组25例予常规降压药物联合阿托伐他汀治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗后检测2组患者的血压、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP和血管内皮舒张功能情况。结果治疗8周后常规组和实验组收缩压均显著降低(P均<0.05),且实验组收缩压降低程度明显大于常规组(P<0.05);实验组LDL、TC和TG均明显下降(P均<0.05),血管内皮舒张功能亦获得明显改善(P<0.05);2组TNF-α、IL-6和hs-CRP水平较前均显著降低(P均<0.05),且实验组各指标下降幅度均较常规组更大(P均<0.05)。结论对于原发性高血压患者,在常规口服降压药物的同时联合使用阿托伐他汀,可明显降低血压,并明显降低血脂、抑制炎症因子及改善患者血管内皮功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on TNF -α、IL -6、hs -CRP and endothelial function in pa-tients with hypertension.Methods A total of 50 patients who had essential hypertension were recruited.They were randomly divided into conventional group （who received conventional anti-hypertensive drugs, n =25） and experiment group （who re-ceived conventional anti-hypertensive drugs combined with atorvastatin treatment, n =25）.The changes of blood pressure, blood lipids and vascular endothelial function were recorded before and after the treatment.Results After a -8 -week regular treatment, both the conventional group and experiment group had a more lower blood pressure when compared with the previous level （P 〈0.05）.The blood pressure decreased （31.25 ＆#177;4.14） mmHg in conventional group and （37.83 ＆#177;6.19） mmHg in experiment group, there was significant difference between the 2 groups （P 〈0.05）.Both of the 2 groups had a significant de-crease in TNF -α, IL -6 and hs -CRP（P 〈0.05）, but the experiment group had a more ideal recovery in these index（P 〈0.05）.Only the experiment group had an improvement in LDL,TC ,TG amd vascular endothelial function （P 〈0.05）.Con-clusions：For essential hypertension patients, conventional anti-hypertensive drugs combined with atorvastatin treatment not on-ly could improve the the blood lipids, inflammatory cytokines level and vascular endothelial function, but also obtain a more preferable blood pressure control.
