妊娠相关乳腺癌的影像学征象及临床病理分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨妊娠相关乳腺癌的影像学及临床病理特点、免疫表型和预后。方法回顾性分析4例妊娠相关乳腺癌的临床表现、影像学特征、病理形态学特征、免疫表型和预后情况。结果 4例妊娠相关乳腺癌患者,2例为哺乳期,2例为妊娠期;超声均提示恶性征象;4例患者均行乳腺癌改良根治术,术后病理证实3例为浸润性导管癌,1例为导管内原位癌;免疫表型3例ER、PR呈阴性,1例阳性,3例her-2阳性,1例阴性。4例患者随访最长8 a,最短7个月;1例患甲状腺癌,2例复发转移,1例死亡。结论妊娠相关乳腺癌较为少见,预后差,临床易延误诊断,影像学检查有助于诊断,确诊依靠病理。
