基于产业资本流动视角的农业安全问题研究

Study of Agricultural Security from the Perspective of Industry Capital Flow

农业安全问题是关系到我国经济稳定发展的重要问题。由于我国目前大城市中存在着产业资本过剩,金融资本过剩,如果恰当地引导产业资本流向农村,在一定程度上将有助于缓解现存的农业安全问题。针对农业安全的现状,以及产业资本流动所能缓解的农业安全问题的一些方面,建议发挥政府的主导作用,加强农村基础设施建设,改进农村人力资本现状,完善相关监管体系,以促进产业资本流向农村。

Agricultural security is an important issue associated with the stable development of China~ economy. Given the surplus of the industry capital and financial capital in the big cities, proper guiding the industry capital to the rural areas will help to alleviate the current agriculture security to a certain extent. In view of the current situation of agriculture security and the fact that industry capital can alleviate agricultural security, we suggest that Chinese government should give its full play to strengthen the construction of the infrastructure in the rural areas, improve the current manpower capital, perfect relevant supervisory system so as to guide the industry capital to the rural area.
