摘要
当今社会幼儿教师虐待儿童行为的事件越来越多地呈现在人们眼前,并逐渐引起人们对此现象的思考与反思。只有充分了解当今虐童现状,深刻分析幼儿教师虐待儿童的成因,从根本上认识幼师虐童行为对儿童身心健康的严重危害,建立健全儿童保护法和教育管理制度、提高幼儿教师素质水平、通过社会各个方面力量建立全方位的幼儿权益保障体系等,才能有效预防虐童现象的发生。
The increasing number of child abuse by preschool teachers has aroused a great concern in society. To effectively prevent child abuse, it is very essential to have a full understanding of the current situation of child a- buse, thoroughly analyze the cause to child abuse, fundamentally understand the harm of child abuse to mental and physical health of children, establish and improve Children's Protection Act and Education Administration Regulation and to establish children's rights and interests protection system in all aspects.
