性能化抗震设计在镇江南徐超高层办公楼结构设计中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 性能化抗震设计是未来结构抗震设计发展的基本趋势,以镇江南徐超高层办公楼为例,介绍了超高层结构设计中性能目标的选择,抗震性能目标的实现。同时重点论述了在性能化抗震设计中所需的计算分析和工程判断,找出结构的薄弱部位,并采取有针对性的抗震加强措施,这些是性能化抗震设计的重点和目的。其经验可供相关类似超高层结构设计参考。 The performance-based seismic design is an important seismic design method in recent years .This method was used in structural design of an ultra-high office building in Nanxu Zhengjiang City .The selection and achievement of seismic performance objectives of the structure and the calculation analysis were discussed in the paper .Calculations and engineering judgments were first provided to locate weak positions of the struc -ture.Corresponding strengthening measures were taken , which were the the main considerations in the per-formance-based seismic design .
