地铁盾构隧道整环衬砌结构三维有限元分析 被引量:5

摘要 利用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS建立地铁盾构隧道整环衬砌结构的三维有限元模型,计算分析衬砌环在试验荷载工况下的荷载—变形关系曲线、变形过程中隧道管片的内力发展过程;计算分析试验荷载工况下衬砌环直径变形量发展至一定收敛限值时,进行钢板加固,并继续计算完成荷载-变形全过程关系曲线、变形过程中隧道管片的内力发展过程。通过与试验结果的对比分析,有限元计算结果与试验结果两者的变化规律是一致的;计算结果在反映结构应力/应变分布规律方面有重要参考作用。 Three-dimensional FE models of the metro shield tunnel lining structure were established by using ABAQUS.In the simulation load-displacement curves were calculated and analyzed under testing load cases . Internal force development process in the lining structure under different deformations were also analyzed . Load-displacement curves were calculated and analyzed by using finite element modeling of the lining struc -ture , which was strengthened by steel rings when the diameter of the lining structure develops to a certain limit value .The internal force development processes of the strengthened structure under deformation were also ana -lyzed.Comparison between FEM calculation and test results was provided , which shows that FE calculation results are close to test results .
