摘要 航天靶场中射频(RF)转发系统对频率源相位噪声的要求很高,因此有必要研究低相噪、低杂散、低功耗、小步进的频率源。为了适应现代航天靶场的要求,选用HMC833LP6GE锁相环芯片进行频率源设计,并用C8051F314单片机对锁相环芯片进行控制,设计出了一款性能优越的频率源。测试结果表明在合理的参数配置条件下,频率源可以满足系统的各项要求。 At aerospace range,the requirements of radio frequency (RF) repeanng system to pnase noise of frequency source are very strict, so it is necessary to study the frequency source with low phase noise, low stray, low power consumption, small step. In order to adapt the requirements of modern aerospace range,this paper selects and uses HMC833 phase locked loop (PLL) chip to de- sign frequency source, and uses singlechip C8051F314 to control PLL chip, designs a frequency source with superior performance. Test results show that the frequency source can meet each re- quirement of the system under the conditions of reasonable parameter setting. Key words:
