限制塑性发展下早拆模施工梁板正截面承载力分析 被引量:1

摘要 工程中早拆模施工主要依据混凝土强度发展达到设计强度的比率来确定拆模方案,较少对结构承载力分析。混凝土强度增长与梁板结构截面承载力发展非线性关系,早拆模施工应关注结构承载力的发展情况。基于限制混凝土应力塑性发展情况下,对早拆模梁板结构正截面承载力进行研究,分析计算相关的系数α1,β1等值,计算不同混凝土强度达设计值比率下,梁板结构正截面承载力及承载力达设计承载力的比率值。研究阐述的计算方法,可供施工人员分析早拆模施工时梁板结构正截面承载力参考。 In construction works , determining form removal programs mainly bae on the ratio of concrete de-sign strength , and less on the structural capacity analysis .Growth of concrete strengh is non-linear relationship with normal section bearing capacity development of beam slab .Early form removal construction should focus on the development of structural capacity .Based on limiting plastic stress development of the concrete , the ar-ticle stndies bearing capacity of beam slab with early form removal through research , analysis, calculation of the correlation coefficients α1, β1 equivalent , the design values of different concrete strength ratio , the slab structure normal section capacity and capacity up to design capacity ratio values .The calculation method of this artile also provides a reference for the construction workers to analyse the capacity during the early form removal .
