摘要
针对承钢热轧卷板出现的冷弯性能检验不合格问题,通过采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜等手段,并结合生产条件对产生原因进行分析及探讨。认为卷板表面组织中珠光体偏析是造成冷弯性能不合格的主要原因,并采取针对性措施,使冷弯检验不合格卷数控制到2卷/月以内。
The reason for unqualified roll forming performance of hot rolled coil is analyzed and discussed, with SEM, metallographic microscope, and based on the production conditions.It is considered that the main reason is the pearlite segregation in surface structure of coiled sheet.The specific measures are adopted and that makes the unqualified coil number controlled within 2 per month.
