摘要
某厂采用33MnCrTiB扁钢加工工程机械用货叉,用户入厂检验时发现1支货叉疲劳试验不合格。通过化学成分、扫描电镜、高倍、硬度等分析,认为表面脱碳是疲劳试验失败的原因。应加强原材料和货叉生产中脱碳层的控制。
With chemical composition analysis, SEM, high power microscope, hardness analysis, it is con-sidered that the fatigue test failure of one sold goods fork of 33MnCrTiB flat steel in some factory is caused by surface decarburization.It should be strictly controlled in raw materials and production.
