摘要
对比分析了不同批次Φ35 mm 40CrNiMoA钢剪切正常断面与异常断面的宏观形貌、化学成分、金相组织、硬度,综合分析确定钢材交货状态不同、金相组织差异较大、导致硬度差别大,是造成剪切断面异常撕裂的主要原因。热轧态钢材硬度高,剪切断面质量较好;退火态钢材硬度值低,剪切断面易出现撕裂。
It is compared and analyzed the macro morphology, chemical composition, metallographic struc-ture, hardness between the normal and abnormal cutting fracture surfaces of different patches of Φ35 mm 40CrNiMoA steel, comprehensively analyzed and concluded that the main reason causing abnormal tearing on the cutting fracture surface is different delivery status of steels, large difference in metallographic structure, which causes great distinction in hardness.The quality of the cutting fracture surface is better for those steels with higher hardness in hot-rolling state;tearing is easily occurred on cutting fracture surface for those steels with low hardness in annealing.
