针对我国水利投融资平台建设出现的问题,综合考虑水利投融资平台的特殊性质和主要运营模式,分析水利投融资平台建设的风险,认为水利投融资平台风险防范和控制的主要着力点应该是控制非系统风险,并对建立全面风险控制系统提出了建议。

With regard to the existing problems in the construction of investment and financing platform of water conservancy in China,the special properties of the investment and financing platform of water conservancy and its main operating mode are comprehensively considered.The risk of constructing the investment and financing platform water conservancy is analyzed.It is regarded that for the risk prevention and control of the investment and financing platform of water conservancy,the non-system risk should be highlighted.Some suggestions are proposed for the establishment of a comprehensive risk control system.
