摘要
为了改善空气源热泵换向除霜效果,减小除霜时间和能耗,研究了一台采用多环路换热器作为室外机的6.5k W的空气源热泵机组在换向除霜时的性能,计算了除霜效率。试验中上部环路除霜过程要比下部环路进行的快,讨论了融化水由于重力作用沿室外换热器表面自上而下的流动对除霜过程产生的影响,其一为带走了本应该用于融霜的热量,其二为延长了整个除霜过程。最后提出了改善措施。为充分认识除霜机理并减少除霜能耗提供一种有效的研究手段。
It was reported on the experimental study of the reverse cycle defrosting performance on a multi-circuit outdoor coil unit in an experimental 6.5 kW heating capacity residential ASHP unit.It was found that frost melting on the coil surface of the up refrigerant circuits was quicker than that on the coil surface of down refrigerant circuit.The discussion on the effects of down-wards flowing of the melted frost along a multi-circuit outdoor coil surface on defrosting performance was also given.The first one wasthat it tookheat away from the outdoor coil,and the second one was that it prolonged the defrosting duration.The model pro-videdan effective tool for studying the mechanism of defrosting and reducing the energy consumptions for defrosting.
