慢性重症乙型病毒性肝炎患者应用优质护理的效果评价

The Effect Evaluation of High-quality Nursing for Heavy Degree Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

目的:研究优质护理在慢性重症乙型病毒性肝炎治疗中应用的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2011年1月-2014年1月收治的80例慢性重症乙型病毒性肝炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理方法,试验组在采用常规护理基础上采用优质护理方法。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果及护理过程中各相关指标。结果:经过实施不同的护理后,试验组总有效率92.5%明显高于对照组的67.5%,差异有统计学意义(字2=7.8125,P=0.0052)。试验组的依从率、疾病知识了解率、健康方式采纳率及满意率分别为97.5%、95.0%、92.5%、100%,均明显高于对照组的65.0%、57.5%、62.5%、70.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用优质护理方法护理慢性重症乙型病毒性肝炎患者的治疗效果显著,依从性好,满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of quality high-quality nursing for treating heavy degree chronic hepatitis B patients.Method：80 heavy degree chronic hepatitis B patients in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given usual care,and the experimental group was given high-quality nursing on the basis of usual care.After different nursing methods,the curative effect and related indicators in the process of nursing between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：After the implementation of different nursing,the total effective rate of experimental group was 92.5%,it was significantly higher than 67.5%of control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=7.8125,P=0.0052）.The compliance rate,rate of disease knowledge,adoption rate of healthy way and satisfaction rate of the experimental group were 97.5%,95.0%,92.5%,100%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 65.0%, 57.5%,62.5%,70.0%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment effect of using high-quality nursing for heavy degree chronic hepatitis B patients is remarkable,good dependence,high satisfaction,is worthy of clinical application.
