喘可治雾化佐治小儿毛细支气管炎34例疗效观察

The Clinical Effect Observation of Chuankezhi Injection Spray Inhalation in the Treatment of 34 Children with Bronchiolitis

目的:观察喘可治雾化治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院2012年10月-2013年12月住院治疗的70例毛细支气管炎患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组34例和对照组36例,两组均给予综合治疗,而治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用喘可治雾化吸入进行治疗,2次/d;7 d为一疗程。观察比较两组患儿主要症状、体征消失时间(喘憋消失、体温恢复正常、肺部啰音消失)、住院天数及临床疗效。结果:治疗组的喘憋消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院天数均明显短于对照组,且显效率76.5%和总有效率97.1%均明显高于对照组的50.0%和72.2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在常规治疗基础上加用喘可治雾化佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效显著,使用方便,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Chuankezhi injection spray inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Method：70 children with bronchiolitis in our hospital from October 2012 to December 2013 were selected,they were divided into the treatment group for 34 cases and the control group for 36 cases according to the random number table method.The two groups were given comprehensive treatment,and the treatment group was given Chuankezhi injection spray inhalation on the basis of the routine comprehensive treatment,2 times/day,7 days for a period of treatment.The main symptoms, physical signs disappeared time（wheezing disappearance,body temperature returned to normal,pulmonary rales disappear）,length of stay and clinical effect between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The wheezing disappearance,body temperature returned to normal,pulmonary rales disappear and length of stay in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group,the effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 76.5%and 97.0%,they were significantly higher than 50.0%and 72.2%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Chuankezhi injection spray inhalation on the basis of conventional treatment in treatment of children with bronchiolitis is remarkable,easy to use, with less adverse reaction,is worthy of clinical promotion.
