本文根据高校系资料室的实际工作情况，应用系统分析方法研究如何提高服务质量和管理水平，以充分发挥系资料室的作用。

Based on the realities of institutions of department's reference room of institution of higher learning, this paper studies the way both service and management can be improved by system analysis, so that department room can be made full use of.
