摘要
面向信号的软件结构是通用自动测试系统的发展方向,而建立一个统一的以信号接口形式对外提供测试服务的功能平台是实现面向信号编程的关键技术。本通用支持平台将对外隔离测试资源的使用与控制细节,隐藏相关测控技术的具体实现方法,从而大大降低自动测试程序的开发难度,增强自动测试系统的健壮性和可重用性。
Signal--oriented software architecture is a trend for universal automatic test system development,and the establish- ment of a platform providing unifying external signal interface and testing services function is a key techniques for signal-ori- ented programming. Automatic-test universal supported platform isolates the use of resources and control details, hides the concrete realization of the relevant method of measurement and control technology,and thus the difficulty of automatic test pro- gram development can be greatly reduced,and also the robustness of automatic test systems and reusability will be enhanced.
