摘要
结合北京轨道交通网络建设效果分析,对轨道交通发展模式、系统规模、建设时序、换乘站布局等几个关键问题进行了探讨,并提出相关建议。即:在发展模式上应兼顾服务水平要求和经济合理性,其中轨道交通的功能层次是交通发展模式的核心问题;改善轨道交通线网供需匹配关系需结合线网优化、运营组织方案优化、协调用地开发等手段综合治理以均衡客流分布;换乘站要始终以"交通功能"最优作为换乘站设计的根本出发点;建设时序的变化不应改变线路功能定位及服务水平,等等。旨在为国内城市轨道交通的可持续发展提供参考。
According to an analysis of the construction effect of Bcijing rail transit network, some key problcms like the de- velopment modcl, system scalc, construction sequence and transfer station layout are discussed, corresponding suggestions arc proposed. Firstly, the requirements for service level and e- conomic rationality shall bc taken into account, in which the corc of rail transit dcvclopmcnt madc is thc classification of functional layers; then optimum network and operational or- ganization shall bc stressed in the improvement of supply and demand relationship; finally, any changes in the construction se- quence should not reduce thc service level fixed in the line's functional localization.in order to promote sustainable develop- ment of urban rail transit in China.
