摘要
论述了广州地铁一体化项目管理平台的规划、建设和应用,对轨道交通工程建设规范化、标准化、精细化、信息化管理的创新思路进行了分析。坚持业务主管部门主导、系统持续优化和应用管理相结合的原则,以用促改,人与系统能较快、较好地融合。在平台的规划和建设过程中运用了最新的IT技术,考虑了国家、省、市对轨道交通工程建设的要求,具有良好的可扩展性、可移植性、可适应性。
Experiences of the planning, construction and appli- cation of integrated project management platform （IPMP） in Guangzhou metro are discribed, the innovative ideas in the nor- malization, standardization, refinement and information man- agement of rail transit project construction are analyzed. In the planning and construction of IPMP, the dominanceof operation chief department, the combination of continuous system im- provement and practical management shall be persisted with the adoption of the latest IT technology, in order to preserve further extendibility, transferability and adaptability.
