摘要
分析了悬挂参数的选取对车辆动态曲线通过性能的影响,并利用相关的动力学软件进行了仿真计算分析,得出各悬挂参数对动态曲线通过性能的影响规律。基于第二代非劣排序多目标遗传算法,采用自编的优化软件和动力学分析软件实现联合仿真对车辆悬挂参数进行优化设计。该方法实现了多目标优化,显著提高了设计效率。结果表明,优化后的悬挂参数明显改善了车辆的动态曲线通过性能。
The influence of suspension parameters on the dy- namic curving performance of vehicle is analyzed, through sim- ulation calculation and analysis with the related dynamic soft- ware, the influence law of all suspension parameters on dynam- ic curving performance is obtained. Based on the second gener- ation of an inferior sorting multi-objective genetic algorithm, a co-simulation of two softwares: self-compiled software and dy- namics analysis software, is adopted to optimizethe vehicle sus- pension parameters. This method has achieved multi-objective optimization with high efficiency, showing that the optimized suspension parameters have improved the dynamic performance of vehicles obviously.
