摘要 采用沉淀法预处理硫辛酸厂高浓含硫废水,以硫酸亚铁为沉淀剂,考察了沉淀剂用量、搅拌速度、静置时间、初始pH等对废水脱硫和脱COD效果的影响。结果表明,在七水硫酸亚铁加入量为25g/L,搅拌速度为90r/min、静置时间为2h、废水初始pH为8的最佳工艺条件下,废水COD脱除率和硫脱除率分别稳定在52%和80%以上;气相色谱!质谱联用测定结果表明,处理后废水中含有溴丁烷、三丁胺和硫辛酸三种有机污染物。该方法工艺简单且成本低廉,可用来对进入深度处理装置前的高浓含硫废水进行预处理。 Precipitation method was used to pretreat the lipid acid wastewater containing high concentration of sulfur,and ferrous sulfate was used as the precipitant.The effects of precipitant quantity,stirring speed,standing time,initial pH value of wastewater on removing rate of sulfide and COD were investigated.The results showed that at the optimum conditions of ferrous sulfate dosage of 25g/L,stirring speed of 90r/min,standing time of 2h,and initial pH value of wastewater of 8,the removing rates of sulfide and COD were more than 80% and 52%,respectively.Through gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis,it was shown that the organic pollutants in the pretreated wastewater were 1-bromobutane,tributylamine and lipid acid.For its simple process and low cost,coagulation method may be adoped as the suitable pretreating method before the lipid acid plant wastewater which contained high concentration of sulfur was sent to the advanced treating unit.
