摘要
芦笋含有多种功能成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、降血脂、增强免疫调节等多种特殊的生物学功能,被广泛应用于食品、医药等领域。论文就芦笋各种成分的功能及其在畜牧业中的应用进展和前景做一概述。
Asparagus,which contains a variety of functional component for anti-tumor, anti-aging, fall hematic fat, immune regulation, and other special biological effect, is widely used in food, medicine and other fields. However, so far, studies on asparagus application have scarcely been reported in animal husbandry, this paper reviewed the function of asparagus components and its application in animal husbandry focusing on the research progress and prospects of overview.
