普陀区长风社区卫生服务中心门诊处方分析

Analysis of the outpatient prescriptions of Changfeng Community Health Service Center of Putuo District

目的 :分析本中心门诊处方的质量,促进临床合理用药。方法 :收集2012年5月至2013年10月的门诊处方,每月随机抽取100张,对处方的金额、基本药品使用、抗菌药物使用、注射剂使用情况以及处方药品种类、处方平均费用等进行分析。结果 :平均每张处方用药1.94种,抗菌药物使用率为5.45%,针剂使用率为7.05%,中成药使用率为53.40%,基本药物和通用名使用率为100.00%,处方平均费用为96.87元,不合格处方比例为3.61%。结论 :处方点评是提高处方质量、坚持合理用药的有效措施。

Objective：To analyze the quality of the outpatient prescriptions of this center to promote the clinical rational use of drugs. Methods：The outpatient prescriptions from May 2012 to October 2013 were collected and 100 prescriptions were selected every month randomly. The amount of prescription, the use of essential drugs, antimicrobial drugs, and injections, the categories of prescription drugs, the average cost of prescriptions and others were analyzed. Results：Every prescription used 1.94 kinds of drugs, the utilization rates of the antibacterial drugs, injection and proprietary Chinese medicine were 5.45%, 7.05%and 53.40%, respectively, and the use of the essential drugs and common name was 100.00%, the average cost of prescription was 96.87 yuan, and the proportion of the unqualiifed prescription was 3.61%. Conclusion：The prescription review is an effective method to improve the prescription quality, and adhere the rational use of drugs.
