摘要 利用ARM实现了人机交互式脉动真空灭菌控制系统的设计,给出了系统的实现原理、硬件组成及相关的软件设计。针对实际医用灭菌高效、可靠、方便等需求,该系统选择以ARM为主控制器;同时,结合人机界面可以将不同的灭菌参数作为数据库存储起来,满足多种类灭菌的实时选择。实验及测试结果表明该系统不仅功能齐全、方便实用,而且控制精度很高,自动化程度强,操作更加人性化。 A pulsating vacuum sterilizer control system based on ARM was designed. Principle,hardware composition and software design of the system are all given in detail. To meet the actual medical sterilization demand of efficiency,reliability and convenience,ARM was selected as the master controller of the system. In combination with human-computer interface,different sterilization parameters can be stored as a database,so as to meet the real-time choices of various type sterilization. Experimen-tal and testing results show that the system not only has the advantages of full functions and convenient application,but also has high accuracy,high automation and great humanization operation.
