摘要
研发了一套湿气管道缓蚀剂失效评价试验系统,对缓蚀剂失效规律进行研究。通过室内实验环道模拟现场工况,并通过油溶性缓蚀剂预涂膜厚度测量装置,研究了预涂膜厚度随吹扫时间的变化规律。结果表明:在吹扫初期,随着时间增加,缓蚀剂膜的厚度急剧减少,之后变化不大。当膜层厚度变化不明显时,采用电化学工作站来测试缓蚀剂膜层的防腐效果,表明随着剪切时间的增加,缓蚀剂膜层电阻与电荷转移电阻逐渐降低,缓蚀效果下降。通过整个测试系统可以为湿气集输管线内壁缓蚀剂失效规律提供理论依据。
For the moisture gathering pipelines using corrosion inhibitor pre-coat to control internal corrosion,pigging must be carried out before periodic coating,so the determination of pigging period depends on failure rate of pipe in wall's corrosion inhibitor film.The coating frequency and pigging period directly affect the economy and safety of operation,so the research on the rules of corrosion inhibitor coating failure has an important guiding role on the economy and safety of operation in the process of pipeline production.A evaluation testing system was developed to study on the failure laws of corrosion inhibitor.Under the condition of the indoor annular pipeline simulating the field conditions,the thickness measuring device for oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor pre-coat film was used to study on the changing rule of precoat film thickness with blowing time,the results show that the thickness of corrosion inhibitor film decreases dramatically at the beginning of blowing,then there is a little change in the remaining time.When the variation of film thickness is not obvious,electrochemical workstation is used to test the anticorrosive effect of corrosion inhibitor film,and the results show that corrosion inhibitor film resistance and the charge transfer resistance decreases with the increase of shear time,and the preservative effect of corrosion inhibitor declines.Then the system of evaluation testing can provide theoretical basis for corrosion inhibitor failure in moisture pipelines wall.
