高校大型仪器开放共享体系的建设与思考

On Open-sharing Management of Valuable Instruments in Universities

阐述了目前国内高校大型仪器开放共享的现状及其原因,介绍了浙江大学在大型仪器开放共享中所建构的框架体系,包括平台建设、网络建设、实验技术队伍建设、有偿服务、维修基金、走访制度六大内容,讨论了体系中六大内容建设的背景及对大型仪器开放共享所能起到的作用,并提出了做好大型仪器开放共享的几点建议。

The current status and the reasons of the open-sharing management of valuable instruments in colleges and universities are expounded in this paper.The framework of construction about the valuable instruments open-sharing system in Zhejiang University is introduced,including the construction of platform,network management system,experimental team,paid service,maintenance fund and visiting client.All of the background and roles of the framework system are discussed,and some suggestions of valuable instruments open-sharing are put forward.
