摘要
为提高实验室仪器设备管理水平,探讨在实验室仪器设备管理中引入可靠性分析,分别使用故障树分析的定性方法和平均寿命估计的定量方法进行分析。通过故障树分析,得出故障发生的原因或原因组合,为仪器设备维修提供依据。通过仪器设备平均寿命估计,为维护、更换提供科学依据。
Reliability analysis for equipment management in lab was investigated in this paper.Two methods of " fault tree analysis" and " average life-span estimate" were used.Reasons of equipment failure were found by fault tree analysis.The qualitative analysis gave a basis for repair.The average life-span estimate of equipment gave a basis for maintenance and replacing.This method was feasible for equipment management in lab.
