摘要
针对传统Z源/准Z源拓扑升压能力的不足,提出了一种新型准Z源逆变器,用新型的开关电感代替传统准Z源拓扑中的电感。详细探讨了电路的工作原理和并网控制方法,并进行了仿真。仿真及试验结果表明,该新型拓扑能在较短的直通时间内获得较大的升压效果,达到了预期的设计目的。
In terms of the limited boost ability of original quasi Z source / Z source inverter,a new quasi Z source inverter( qZSI) was proposed,where a new switched-inductor cell is used to replace an inductor in original qZSI topology. The circuit operation and grid-connected control strategy were discussed in detail. The stronger boost ability of the proposed topology in shorter shoot-through time was validated by the simulation and experimental results,and the expected design objective is fully attained.
