摘要
目的观察艾盐包热熨配合穴位贴敷治疗老年阿片类药物相关便秘的临床疗效。方法将82例老年阿片类药物相关便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组41例。治疗组采用艾盐包热熨配合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组采用单纯穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.2%,对照组为65.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论艾盐包热熨配合穴位贴敷是一种治疗老年阿片类药物相关便秘的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ironing with moxa-salt pack plus acupoint application in treating opioids-related constipation in the elderly. Methods Eighty-two elderly patients with opioids-related constipation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 41 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by ironing with moxa-salt pack plus acupoint application, while the control group was by acupoint application alone. The clinical efficacies were then compared. Results The total effective rate was 90.2% in the treatment group versus 65.9% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ironing with moxa-salt pack plus acupoint application is an effective approach in treating the opioids-related constipation in the elderly.
