High quality teachers＇ team is a basic condition of high quality education, teachers＇ ？teaching skills is the most basic professional skills. Through summarizing the problems reflected in the teaching skills contest for the normal college students, this paper analyzed the cause of the problem, and on this basis, the effective ways to develop the teaching skill training for the normal college students were discussed.
