焊接夹具中base板轻量化设计及计算仿真 被引量:2

摘要 对焊接夹具中base板进行了高强度钢板换用及结构优化,并辅以计算机仿真进行轻量化设计。设计结果表明:base板材料由Q235换为Q690并进行结构优化后,厚度减薄5mm,重量减轻20%,最大等效应力减小1.8 MPa,且变形量不变,变形区域减小。轻量化后的base板成功应用于工业生产,大大提高工作效率,降低维修成本。 In order to achieve lightweight of base plate in the welding fixture, material has been changed to high strength steel by computer simulation and structural optimization. The design indicated that: when the material of base plate has been changed from Q690 to Q235 with structural optimization, the thickness of base plate decreased 5 mm, the weight reduced 20% , maximum stress reduced 1.8 MPa and the deformation substantially unc been used in industrial production successfully, which maintenance costs. hanged.
