摘要
本文以一个利用日元贷款引进的大型水厂自控系统为例，简述了系统实施过程中项目管理的方法。
Based on a largtscale water plant control system using foreign loan fund, the project management for the system is presented It is hoped that the paper can provide some references for similar imported projects.
