后溪治痛症古今探析

Analysis on Houxi's Ancient and Modern Treatment of Pain

后溪穴最早见于《灵枢》,系手太阳小肠经的输穴,亦是八脉交会穴之一,通督脉。古代主要用其治疗各种痛症,包括肩肘臂痛、目赤痛、胁肋痛、腿疼、伤寒头痛病证、上下牙两颊疼痛、肾虚头痛等,现代主要用于治疗落枕、肩肘臂痛、头痛、咽喉肿痛、急性腰扭伤、足跟痛、胸胁痛、眶上神经痛等病证,且多可获得较为满意的临床疗效。为进一步探求其治病机理,本文搜集古代文献中有关后溪治疗痛症的相关条文,对其加以整理、归纳、分析,对后溪治疗痛症的理论渊源、古今临床应用及操作手法做一简述,以期为临床实践提供理论支持。

Houxi Point is first seen in Lingshu. It is the Shu - point of the small intestine meridian and is also one of eight confluence points, connecting Du meridian. Ancient physicians mainly used it to treat a variety of pain sydnromes, including shoul- der etbow and arm pain ,red eyes and pain ,flank pain,leg pain,typhoid fever headache syndromes ,cheeks ,upper and lower teeth pain, headache and modem medicine mainly uses it to treat stiff neck, shoulder pain, headache, sore throat, acute lumbar sprain, heel pain, chest pain, supraorbital neuralgia and other syndromes, and gets more satisfactory clinical efficacy. To further explore the mechanism of their treatment, the paper collected ancient literature relevant provisions relating to the treatment of Houxi, and summarized and analyzed the theoretical origins of Houxi treating pains, the ancient and modem clinical application and operating practices, in order to provide theoretical support for clinical practice.
