摘要
目的:观察六合加萸汤治疗胃食管反流病临床疗效。方法:六合加茱汤和胃降逆,散瘀止痛,治疗胃食管反流病病例22例,总结其临床疗效。结果:六合加山茱萸汤可以显著控制胃内容物反流症状,改善胃食管反流病中胃灼热,胸骨疼痛和口苦等症状。结论:六合加山茱萸汤胃食管反流病治疗稳定,有效,不容易反弹,值得推广。

According to clinical ob- servations, the main pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease liver - fire, hepatogastric swelter. Using Qingjin Shugan and stomach, stasis pain, anti- Jiangni other methods can often receive good effect ,worthy of promotion.
