耳穴贴压法联合西药治疗慢性结石性胆囊炎的临床疗效

Evaluation of Chronic Calculous Cholecystitis by Using Auricular Points Pressure Combined with Western Medicine Therapy

目的:采用耳穴压法联合西药治疗慢性结石性胆囊炎,评价与分析其临床疗效。方法:按照随机数字表法将本院2013年6月—2014年6月收治的74例慢性结石性胆囊炎患者分组为对照组和治疗组。对照组:50%硫酸镁溶液,餐前服用,10 m L/次,3次/天;阿莫西林0.5 g/次,餐后服用,3次/天;消旋山莨菪碱,10 mg/次,餐后服用,3次/天。治疗组:于对照组治疗基础上采用耳穴贴压法治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后腹部疼痛情况及不良反应、复发情况。结果治疗后,治疗组PRI和VAS及PPI分别为(0.47±0.25)分、(1.34±0.46)分、(1.35±0.61)分与对照组(1.36±0.71)分、(1.82±0.52)分、(2.30±0.75)分比较(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗有效率和不良反应及复发率分别为94.59%(35/37)、8.11%(3/37)、10.81%(4/37)与对照组81.08%(30/37)、21.62%(8/37)、24.32%(9/37)比较(P<0.05)。结论:相比单纯西药来说,采用耳穴压法联合西药治疗慢性结石性胆囊炎可有效改善患者临床症状,减轻腹痛和不良反应发生,避免再次复发,提高临床疗效,值得推广与应用。

Objective ： To evaluate and analyze the clinical curative effect of the auricular points pressure method combined with Western medicine treatment of chronic calculous cholecystitis. Methods：According to the random number table method, during June 2013 -June 2014 at our hospital,74 cases of patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis were grouped into control group and treatment group. Control group ：50% magnesium sulfate solution, before meals, 10 mL/time ,3 times/day ;Amoxicillin 0.5 g/ time, after meal, 3 times per day ; Scopolamine despun mountain, l0 mg/time, after meal, 3 times/day. Treatment group ： on the ba- sis of the control group, using the method of auricular points pressure. We observed two groups＇clinical curative effect and abdom- inal pain and adverse reaction and the recurrence. Results：After treatment, the treatment group＇s PRI, VAS and PPI were respec- tively （0. 47 ± 0. 25 ）, （ 1.34 ± 0. 46 ） and （ 1.35 ± 0. 61 ） and those of the control group were （ 1.36 ± 0. 71 ）, （ 1.82 ± 0. 52 ） and （2. 30±0. 75 ） （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Treatment group＇s effectiveness and adverse reactions and the recurrence rate were 94. 59% （35/37） ,8.11% （3/37） ,10. 81% （4/37） and those of the control group were 81.08% （30/37） ,21.62% （8/37） ,24. 32% （ 9/37 ） （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： Compared with the pure Western medicine, the auricular points pressure combined with Western medicine treatment of chronic calculous cholecystitis can effectively improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, reduce abdominal pain and adverse reactions, avoid relapse again and improve clinical curative effect. It is worthy of popularization and application.
