复方苦参注射液联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗晚期癌症疼痛患者临床观察 被引量:2

Clinical Observation on Compound Kushen Injection Combined with Morphine Sulfate Controlled-Release Tablets in Treatment of Advanced Cancer Pain

摘要 目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗晚期癌症疼痛的近期疗效。方法:将110例晚期癌症疼痛患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组给予硫酸吗啡缓释片止痛治疗;治疗组在给予硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗的基础上给予复方苦参注射液12 m L加入250 m L氯化钠溶液或5%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,每日1次,连用20天。观察晚期癌症并中重度疼痛患者两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组在疼痛改善、生活质量提高等方面较对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组治疗疼痛有效率为92.3%,对照组为80%。结论:复方苦参注射液对晚期癌症患者疼痛治疗有辅助作用,并能改善患者的生活质量。 Objective : To observe the short-term therapeutic effect of Compound Kushen Injection combined with morphine sul- fate controlled-release tablets treating advanced cancer pain patients. Methocls:110 cases with advanced cancer pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets and the treatment group given morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets and Compound Kushen Injection 12 mL + sodium chloride solu- tion or 5% glucose solution 250 mL intravenously once a day, once every 20 days. Results:There was significant difference be- tween treatment group and control group in improvement of pain and the quality of life (P 〈 0. 05 ). Treatment group's total effec- tive rate of pain improvement was 92.8% and that of control group was 80%. Conclusion:Compound Kushen Injection has auxilia- ry effect on pain of advanced cancer patients and also can improve the patients' quality of life.
