参连胃安合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Shenlian Weian Misture in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:观察参连胃安合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合标准的患者随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例,对照组予胃复春,治疗组予参连胃安合剂口服治疗,疗程6个月。观察两组临床疗效,中医证候积分,胃镜及病理活检组织学改变情况。结果:治疗后总有效率治疗组为86.67%,对照组为66.67%;两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01);治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后病理组织学疗效比较,治疗组胃黏膜萎缩,肠腺化生,异型增生的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参连胃安合剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎能有效改善临床症状,对胃镜及病理组织学改变有一定的逆转作用。

Objective ：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shenlian Weian Misture on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 60 subjects were randomly divided into two groups ： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with Shenlian Weian Misture and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Weifuchun. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome integral and the change of gastroscope and pathological biopsy were observed. Results ：There was a significant difference between treatment group and control group in effective rate （ 86. 67% VS 66. 67%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. TCM syndrome integral of both groups down - regulated after treatment （P 〈 0. 01 ） and the treatment group was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The treatment group＇ s gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia dysplasia loss were better than those of the control group （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： Shenlian Weian Misture can improve the symptoms and pathological of chronic atrophic gastritis.
