桔梗元参汤合玉屏风散超声雾化吸入治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎

Children's Allergic Rhinitis Treated with Ultrasonic Nebulization of Jiegen Yuanshen Decotion and Yupingfeng Powder

目的:探讨桔梗元参汤合玉屏风散超声雾化吸入治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效及可能的作用机制。方法:将60例小儿过敏性鼻炎随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,对照组给予氯雷他定,治疗组给予桔梗元参汤合玉屏风散超声雾化吸入。两组均以1周为一个疗程,4个疗程后判断疗效。并观察各组血清白细胞介素4(IL-4)和血清特异性Ig E抗体(s Ig E)的变化情况。结果:对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为77%和97%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察血清IL-4和slg E含量有明显改善。结论:桔梗元参汤合玉屏风散超声雾化吸入治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎作用优于氯雷他定,其治疗作用可能与其降低血清IL-4和s Ig E含量有关。

Objective：To observe the effect and mechanism of children＇s allergic rhinitis treated with ultrasonic nebulization of Jiegen Yuanshen Decotion and Yupingfeng powder. Methods ： Sixty cases of confirmed allergic rhinitis were randomized into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with Loratadine while the treatment group was treated with Jiegen Yuan- shen Decotion and Yupingfeng Powder. Two groups were treated for one week as one treatment course. Therapeutic effects were in- vestigated after treatment and serum levels of leukin - 4 （ IL - 4） and specific IgE antibody were observed. Results ： The total ef- fective rate was 77% in control group and 97% in treatment group. Serum levels of IL -4 and sIgE were decreased significantly after treatment. Conclusion ： The therapeutic effect of Jiegen Yuanshen Decotion and Yupingfeng Powder was superior to Loratadine in treating children＇s allergic rhinitis and its therapeutic mechanism may be related to the decrease of serum IL- 4 and sIgE.
