摘要 目的:研究不同地区金银花中无机元素的含量及特征。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP/MS)法测定了29个金银花样品中23个无机元素的含量,并用SPSS主成分分析和聚类分析对金银花中的特征元素进行评价。结果:主成分分析选出7个主因子,得出金银花的特征元素镁(Mg)、铝(Al)、钙(Ca)、锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、钒(V)、镍(Ni)、镉(Cd);聚类分析将29个金银花样品聚为3大类,结果表明元素的分布特征与金银花的生态和产地呈一定的相关性。结论:主成分分析法和聚类分析法是金银花无机元素分析的有效方法。 Objective:To study the contents and characteristics of inorganic elements of Lonicerae Japonical Flos. Methods:The content of elements in Lonicerae Japonical Flos, samples were determined by means of IPC/MS. The principal component analysis of SPSS and cluster analysis were used for the study of characteristic elements in Lonicerae Japonical Flos. Results : Seven principal components which accounted for over 82.015% of the total variance were extracted from the original data. The results showed that Mg,A1,Ca, Mn, Fe, V, Ni, Cd may be the characteristic elements in Lonicerae Japonical Flos. The result of cluster analysis showed that the samples could be clustered reasonably into three groups, and the elemental distribution characteristics were related to the ecology and origins of Lonicerae Japonical Flos. Conclusion:The principal component analysis and Lonicerae Japonical Flos could be used in data processing in inorganic elements.
