关于当归、吴茱萸药对提取及含量测定的研究

Study on Extraction and Content Determination of Coptis and Evodia Rutaecarpa

目的:当归和吴茱萸药对是古方温经汤治疗月经不调、痛经的主要成分,确定当归和吴茱萸药对的提取方法。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法对药对中总生物碱进行含量测定研究;采用HPLC法对药对中的阿魏酸、吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱进行含量测定研究。结果:文章所提供的方法准确、重复性线性关系等符合要求,测定结果稳定、可靠,为当归、吴茱萸药对配伍的提取方法研究提供了依据。结论:单煎合并比合煎所得到的阿魏酸及吴茱萸碱含量高,本法可以为确定药对提取的方法提供科学可靠的依据。

Objective：Coptis and Evodia Rutaecarpa are the main components for treating menstrual disorders and dysmenor- rhea. To identify Coptis and Evodia Rutaecarpa drugs extraction method. Methods ： Using UV - visible spectrophotometry to deter- mine the total alkaloids. HPLC method was used for the ferulie acid, evodiamine and rutaecarpine. Results：In this paper, the methods are accurate and provided meets the requirements, such as repetitive linear relationship between the measurement resuh is stable, reliable, for angelica, evodia rutaecarpa medicine to provide a basis for the research on the extraction methods of compat- ibility. Conclusion ： Single decoction combined than frying of ferulic acid and alkali content of evodia rutaeearpa is high, this law can to determine medicine provide scientific and reliable basis for extracting method.
