摘要
目的:采用星点设计-响应面法对山药多糖冷水提取工艺进行优化。方法:在单因素实验基础上,根据星点实验设计(CCD)原理采用3因素5水平的响应面分析法(RSM),以多糖提取率为响应值,对山药多糖冷水浸提提取工艺进行研究。结果:在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出山药多糖冷水浸提最优工艺参数为液料比10.30∶1,提取时间12.26 h,提取次数3次。结论:在最优工艺条件下,山药多糖的实际提取率可达2.885%。
Objective :To optimize the cold water extraction technology of Chinese yam polysaccharides by response surface method- ology. Methods:On the basis of single factor experiment,according to the central composite experimental design principles,the method of Response Surface Method with 3 factors and 5 levels was adopted. Response surface and contour were finally graphed with the extraction rate as the response value to optimize the cold water extraction technology of Chinese yam polysaccharides. Results. The optimal condi- tions of Chinese yam polysaccharides extraction were as follows:the ratio of material to solvent of 10. 30:1 ,extraction time of 12. 26 h and extraction times of 3 times. Conclusion:The yield of Chinese yam polysaccharides is 2. 885% under the optimal conditions.
